Pricing to contract (P2C) Analyst
Location: Fishers, IN (Hybrid work model, 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 month contract w/ high possibility for extension
The Opportunity:
Supports and maintains the P2C (Proposal to Contract) global pricing and contracting systems. Requires both a technically oriented and customer-focused individual who will deliver exceptional service. Makes recommendations that are mindful of technology, business processes, and system implications. Effectively manages ambiguity, identifies and resolves root cause of issues, and grasps complex processes. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multi-task and adjust rapidly to new priorities. Success in this position requires a commercial mindset and knowledge of the sales & contracting cycle. Responsibilities include developing technical & non-technical area work instructions, job aids, or similar content. May provide technical assistance to P2C tool users; triages and works directly with P2C tool users and P2C Support team to research, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Supports tool updates and release strategies to achieve business results; performs data monitoring and cleansing activities.

- SAP ERP experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2 years of analytical experience.
- Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and technical aptitude.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects that are smaller in scope.
- Ability to work independently and with teams.
